The toolbar, is the programs installed at the top of your page. It has the forward and back buttons on it, plus all your other tools that you might need. If you don't have the yahoo! toolbar, you might want to install it. It has a lot of features that are very handy. It also has a pop-up blocker, that is very good. the tap on top that have ur icons on it like read ,write ,yahoo,picture whatever urs say okay thats ur tool bar!!
