What is the best and cheapest VoIP available?

I currantly use voipstund, but I often have a problem with a slight delay, especially at the start of the conversation.

The client and server are free, however if you arn't running a T1 line its probably worth your while to invest in a hosted server. There are many websites that offer servers, just google search them. The price depends on how many "slots" you want to have. How many people are able to be on at one time. The client is a very small program and hardly takes any memory to use.
