According to my friends the best way to keep fangs in (the removable porclain or plastic ones) Is denture adhesive. Most time the fangs come with there own glue but that doesn't work as well as the denture adhesives do. If you want them sealed in permanitly see an orthadontist, I'm sure they have a way to seal them on. Or try Hot topics fang glue.

Wow, don't you know porcelain fang is very expensive to buy and to prepare. It is also a lot tougher and as humans are not meant to have fangs, they might damage your other teeth if you force it in your mouth. Unfortunately some people have a problem with keeping fangs in place (due to the structure of their teeth etc.) If you have a problem, just apply a dental adhesive to the inside of the back of your fang, this should do the trick.

Why don't you get a pair that are fitted to your teeth that don't require any sort of sticky goo to keep them on? fangsbyvictor @ juno.com can help you. He lives in Seattle and makes fitted fangs professionally. He travels all over to different conventions and makes fangs at them. Last I checked, they were $45 a pair. It takes him about a half hour to make them.
