When people get tickets they tend not to repeat that traffic offense. That helps make driving safer. Go to a country like Iran and try to drive around. Taser innocent citizens? Example?
Sometimes innocent people are arrested and charged with a crime. That is what court is for. A person is presumed innocent until proven guilty, so ALL the people that get arrested are technically innocent. If a person does not resist arrest, the taser or wose is not necessary.
Some rich people got their money from screwing poor people, but many did not. The entertainers and sports figures just are good at what they do.
Cops risk their lives to arrest murderers, rapists and child molesters. Most of the people who are arrested get released by the court system. Then when they re-offend, it is the cops that have to risk their lives to re-arrest them.
You are probably angry because you have had a bad experience with a police officer. This will affect the choices you make about doing something else. Just appreciate what you have and go on to better things.

As a person who has quite a few family members and friend who are police officer, let me say that you sound really stupid. My daughter's father is a police officer and was injured in the line of duty while saving a man's life. While he was in the hospital being treated for his injury the doctor came to him and told him and his partner that had they not started life saving procedures and gotten him to the hospital as quickly as they had that the man would have died.(They didn't wait for the ambulance. They saw that he didn't have much time so they put him into the back of a police cruiser and rushed him to the hospital themselves. While trying to get out of the way to get into his car to follow his partner my daughter's father was hit by another car.) Also we just had an offer killed in the line of duty a few months ago while responding to a burglary at a neighborhood bar (and it was not a gated community) he left behind a wife and two young children. So to your ignorant statement there are way more good cops than bad cops. Moreover if you are a law abiding citizen then you have nothing to worry about. Wouldn't you agree?

I like what treefrog said.
You are an idiot. I don't know if your upset because you received a ticket, but you should be thankful you didn't get the crack your on taken away. Cops that tazer innocent people get in trouble because their tazers keep track of how many times they are used. I read about one cop that was fired for hitting a guy after the fool broke his nose. You need to research what cops are really doing for us then maybe you can sound a little more educated. Also a GED might help.

Long ago police forgot their mission is to "protect and serve" - mostly because politicians use the police departments as new sources of revenue.
Here's an idea: why not take all the funds allocated for blockades used to catch drunk drivers and re-allocate those funds to be used for police driving drunk drivers home from the bars? Because the police are only interested in punishment and generating revenue. They could care less about a community safety and service program.
Police are controlled by the wealthy elitists, just as all government bureaucracies and elected officials are controlled by wealthy elitists, special interest groups, and big business.
Observe any police department in any city in America: young white kids from well-to-do families will be given preferential treatment when picked up for drunk driving, rape or robbery. Poor black kids will be roughed up and treated like animals when picked up for drunk driving, rape or robbery.
By the way, I'm a 63-year-old white guy, so don't automatically categorize my answer as biased because you think I'm a black teen-ager. -RKO-

That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. Shame on you for thinking you can talk about cops that way. I hope if you are ever in danger and need the police they can't get to you in time. What a terrible thing to say.

Boo Hoo. You are flat out incorrect. I just moved from a small city and while the more affluent neighborhoods paid most of the taxes, most of the police time was spent in the ghetto neighborhoods.
