can a landlord ( manager) of a mobile home park charge me rent when the mobile home hasnt gone trew inspection by the building permits

The problem with that question is...you're living in a mobile home that has not passed inspection. Here's the deal...she can charge you rent as long as you're living there...but you and her BOTH know you shouldn't be living there until it's passed. So quite frankly, you could BOTH get into trouble. Pay your rent, or get out. Actually, just get out. I'm sure there are tons of places around there that you can find to rent that are actually LEGAL to live in.

AS long as the mobile home is parked on their lot? Yes they can. It doesn't matter if you are living in it or not, it is still sitting on the rented lot.

She can charge you for using her space and/or her trailer, regardless of the condition. You don't get to just use the lot for free.

If you have signed a rental agreement, then you both have to follow the agreement.

Yes she can , why would you think that you can live in someones place and not get charged.
