Well, I could tell you, or you could just wait until 9pm and watch it for yourself. :)
The show will be on the net at 9pm.
Here is the link....

Just click on Greys Anatomy, then pick the show that you want to watch. There are some there now if you want to try it, but the last episode will not be there until 9.
Yes it's free, and yes it's full epidsodes.
Enjoy!

I know! It's such a good show! And last night was a good one...I'd definitely suggest downloading it from iTunes...it's only like $1.99! You CAN watch it for free on abc.com, but it's super slow, and won't be up until 9pm tonight. Plus, streaming video never looks very good to me.
Anyway, here's the recap from the Grey's Anatomy Section of Television Without Pity (but there is so much more hilarious stuff that you really should download the episode!):
"It's one of those episodes with a dozen plots. A week has gone by since Callie came over to the house, and George is getting a little sick of having her around. But he's too much of a wimp to tell her he's not interested in living together -- that is, until they have a fight about a patient who keeps getting unnecessary surgeries, and all of the living-together angst explodes all over them. Needless to say, she moves out. One of the kids from Heroes drops by -- she's a pre-teen who can feel no pain and gets hurt an awful lot because of it. This teaches Alex a valuable lesson about the importance of pain, which he shares with Izzie, who spends the entire day standing in front of the hospital trying to get over how own pain so she can speak to the Chief about getting back in the program. Needless to say, she never makes it in. Cristina is getting sick of taking care of Burke, who seems depressed and fairly uninterested in his own recovery. Watching a patient, she realizes just how hard recovery can be and how important it is to have someone to provide support in that process. Needless to say, she decides to kick Burke's *** and push him to do the work he needs to do to take care of himself. Addison has apparently spent the entire week having sex with McSteamy, but now she wants him to head back to New York. He wants to stick around and try to make it work with Addison. Needless to say, he checks into a hotel in Seattle at the end of the episode. And Meredith tries to date Finn and McDreamy, only to have the two of them spend the entire time ignoring her and cockblocking each other. Meredith makes an impassioned and slightly self-centered speech before telling them both to shove off and work on their wooing technique. Needless to say, she ends up cuddling in bed with Izzie, George, and a quart of strawberry ice cream. "
