I searched WorldCat - an online catalogue from the Online Computer Learning Centre (OCLC) and obtained a record for
"The Journey" which was copyrighted in 2005.
This looks like it is her latest work.

Yes, she's still writing. Had 'The Journey' in 2005 and 'Journey's End' in 2006, with the next one to come out in 2007 called 'The Loner'.
