How old are you and how old is he? if you are both over18 and he is not jumping on your bones, then he's, 1. gay, or 2. he's getting it from someone else. Find out what is really going on with him. He could be uninterested because he has a sexual identity issue, he could be very religious, he could be seeing someone else, he could be afraid he wont please you. There could be many reasons that he wont have sex with you. The real question is, why do you want to have sex with him? If he's really special to you then find out what's going on with him and then you can decided if he is worth the trouble.
