Niceness isn't necessarily what businesses are looking for (which is a shame, I think). You should maybe list the points that would benefit your would be company and concentrate on them. Honest, hard working and flexible are usually good when describing your personality. Good luck with your job hunt!!

Well being a nice girl is all well and good, but you have to convince the employer that you can do the job required of you. You will be amazed but in the real world nice doesn't really count for much, they want you to be able to perform if you can do it nicely that would be a bonus.

being able to do the job would qualify you more for the job ,but you seem well qualified
have you tried translation jobs as lots of big companys need translators as they do business in different countries across europe
