Regarding the HP "pretexting" scandal...?

Ok, so I get that the HP management team is in legal hot water but what happens to the "former" HP board members that made the leaks to the media. They gave away proprietary information. Isn't there a legal ruling against that? I think they should be held just as accountable.

Probably could only be a civil case. It is probably in violation of their contract, but not an illegal matter.
