yes, i did eat when i am bored. try not to give in to your cravings. more excercise helps. Drink two glasses of water in the morning, and then a glass of water half an hour before every meal, and you will be less hungry. Eat fruits and vegetables when you do get hungry. Schedule more things to do. Take a walk, go to the park. Something like that. I had that problem, but now I am over it because I followed this same advice that I am giving you.

Me 2.
Just in July I was 105 lbs ( July 21st ) and a month later I was 120 lbs. Now I think I am 125 lbs.
Ew.
I need to lose weight.
