He was probably outside his jurisdiction and wearing the silly outfit he has. Maybe he was also trying to preach? Innocent until proven guilty by the way unless you happen to know that Lister is guilty?

No . I was turned off after going to the site to donate and saw that it was used as a link to insult the President . I thought it was a lot of nerve and a low class thing to do .
