no, it is dangerous for the little girls. i saw one and looked real beautiful. as i got closer to her at the grocery story, i realized that she was about 11-12 years old. purple finger nails. it was sick. if she keeep s it up, she will be in big trouble. will young 14 years old mom. tight jeans and the whole nine yards. sad thing, her mother, was the dressed in the same manner.
makes one wonder. i pray for that little girl. thinks it is cute.

dont do that! Anyway its not eyeliner on the lips it's lip liner and it shouldn't be that dark, nice and subtle is the way to go.
