There is no "cure" for diabetes. If you're lucky and watch your diet very, very carefully, you might be able to control it without prescription medications but it's not a "cure." You can't go back to eating whatever you want.

I've seen people do lots of different things to help them with their diabetes: take cinnamon pills; take chromium; do parasite cleanses and detoxes. I've used various things myself. Some have seemed to help, some were a waste of my money and time.

If you are a diabetic, you MUST see a medical doctor to help you. Don't gamble with herbs and vitamins or minerals. See a doctor that specializes in this disease.

There is currently NO CURE for diabetes, there is only control of the disease. Many medications are available to try and achieve that goal, but diet and exercise play a much larger part in control of the disease process.

You did not specify if it is type I or II you are trying to control. Type I is much more serious and needs insulin. Early stages of type II can be managed by a high fiber diet devoid of simple carbs that are quick to release glucose into the bloodstream. Alpha Lipoic Acid helps the insulin receptors to recognize insulin as well as prescription medications some studies have shown. Neither types are curable but can be managed.

No lipton tea without sugar does not have side effects. As far as I know, I would recommend green tea b/c it has EGCG which is an antioxydant that will help you reduce fat. Also it has a lot more benefits as oppose to regular tea
