Ive eaten a *****....i know that doesn't help but i thought I would share it with you.
I would expect badger tastes like chicken!?!

The nineteenth century geologer Rev.WilliamBuckland was renowned for his desire to eat his way through every animal in creation.Guests to his home were served baked guinea pig,battered mouse & even roasted hedgehog.He even tried the common garden mole which he found tasted disgusting.I expect he ate a badger.
I can't ask him what it tasted like because he's dead now.
