My mom sells Mary Kay and holds these sales things at our house and other peoples houses. She usually does a demo on my sister when she does them at home, but my sister is away this week. So my mom is asking me to stand in as her model. She said even though I am a guy she can't use the other people coming because she is giving classes on how to apply it and they have to see what she is doing and in any case she said if she can make me up she may be able to show her products off even better! I can't seem to get out of this.
Whats involved? I never watched before, but I know they usually take 2 hours. What is she likely to do in all that time?

I don't think you should be involved. This is skin care and makeup for women. She should tell her guests that her model is unavailable and that she needs a 'volunteer from the audience' to demonstrate her wonderful line of products. She can place a mirror in front of the volunteer to reflect the procedure. Good Luck. I always thought that each guest did their own facials as a group so they would know how the Mary Kay products perform on their own skins.

Yeah, u should definitely find somewhere u "need to be" because she'll make u look like a woman! ARGGGGGH I agree w/the person who said, it takes a female model to test products for women! GET OUT WHILE U STILL CAN!!!

testing various products on your face creams, serums etc then demonstrating make-up application discussing various products have fun with that!
