I would suggest either Hooked on Phonics or possible putting on a short skirt and tight top, going to your local watering hole and finding yourself a sugar daddy that can take care of your physical and financial obligations. That way you do not have to rely on your husband or friend to take care of these.
Once you have a sugar daddy, I would strongly suggest that you have him going to the following website and you can get started on your reading, and writing success with the hooked on phonics. Just make sure that your husband doesnt find out about your new man.

curl up with a movie or book. I like to watch movies that my fiance doesn't want to watch or read since he thinks I'm neglecting him when hes home and I'm reading. Organize your closet. Take a pet for a walk (or ask someone else to borrow their pet--unless all you can find is something that won't walk on a leash like a cat or fish or something), call a long lost friend or relative that you haven't talked to in a while---theres lots to do if you are bored!
