About a half an hour ago i just did a one hour swim work out. I feel so good now. i also feel really good about my body because i'm fit!
What do you do for excersise?

I also do a lot of walking! I do a lot of this in preperation for snowboarding

Great job on getting that motivation and getting out there! Swimming is excellent exercise.

I need more exercise! I spend too much time at work and then too much down time on this computer. When I get home I just want to veg!

for sure swimming is good exercise....no impact on your knees, excellent cardio, strengthen muscles. i love running.

i stay in shape by skateboarding and most of all... SNOWBOARDING!
