The manpower needs to be changed cuz it is biased just not sure what to change it to?

There is nothing wrong with 'manpower' except in the twisted minds of the politically correct brigade who see something wrong in any word that, in their judgment, conveys sexual preference in the workforce, IE preferring 'men' to 'women'. I mean, when you talk about 'horsepower' is the discriminatory to other animals?
Anyway if you want a substitute word you could use 'person-power', 'people-power', 'employees', or 'labour'
