With a link to a website showing a graph of Age related to IQ or a table or chart etc.. Or I'd settle for the average IQ of a 15 year old male and female... But points are gonna go to the first good link,

well iq tests are actually normed against age. your iq actually can change. When you are tested the test takes into account what is normal for you age, and what a 15 year old should know. Say a 12 your old is way ahead and is tested at 12, he is going to have a high IQ, however if that same child doesnt advance and everyone catches up to him by 15 then the IQ goes down. The average IQ period is 100, wth the majority of the population fitting with one stand ard deviation above and below that. Meaning almost everyone fits within the range of 85 to 115. And please remember only IQ tests giving by a certified psychological examiner actually mean anything.

The average IQ of a 15 year old (male or female) is by definition 100. Or do you mean the IQ of an average 15 year old?
That would be 100 too -despite all indications to the contrary.

I think that kind of graph is going to be difficult to find because IQ tests only measured up to the age of 18. So although people don't get dumber with age, the algorithm doesn't allow for it, so IQ will always drop as age increases.
