I ask that same question!!! I grew up with Popeye and the gang. There's a whole younger generation that are missing out watching him save the day.

He got eaten by Mr. Wimpy because he wouldn't by him a burger. Popeye is a parsimonious gobshite anyway. He had bad grammar and was a bad role model for children as far as smoking is concerned. That pipe never left his lips for a second.

He moved to Wisconsin, ate some spinach and died of E. Coli poisoning. That's what I heard. Poor Popeye.............
