though my ears r pierced i live my tatoos and want more. the tatoos r more individualized- stores do not have hundreds of copies hanging in cases for everyone else 2 buy

I'm not a big fan of either, but I would definately have to say piercings. I went through a 'phase' and got my nose and belly-button pierced. I feel a little too old for them now so at least I could take them out. If I'd gotten a tattoo... oh man....I don't even want to think about it. (Thank God the tattoo tech talked me out of the "sexy b*tch tattoo I was eye-balling!!!)

Piercings, on the grounds which you could take them out, you cant take off a tattoo. some jobs won't hire somebody lined in tattoos or have too great of tattoos uncovered, and those are frequently the better paying jobs.

Piercings because you can always take them out and it is much easy to care and maintain for then a tattoos. Tattoos can fade and look dull and dirty after a while if you don't keep them up.

I prefer tattoos for my self I have many and am working on a sleeve for my arm all animals and nature. I think tattoos are an expression of ones self.

um, well, they both take weeks(so I'm told) to heal.....
I only have two body piercings and two piercings on each ear, and I want a tat sooooo bad, but the biggest differences I can see is that piercings have to be worn or the hole eventually closes-up, while a tattoo is permanent and may be embarassing when you get to be about fifty.....generally everything is on a one-on-one basis, and both types of body adornment take time and cleaning to heal properly

Iprefer tattoos near piercings especially if the piercing is on the vag.

Tattoos! I had allergies to most types of metals and can't really wear most jewelry, but I sure do love my tattoo of Winnie the pooh, and I want to get a second on the back fo my neck.

Both i have a tat and i used to have a Prince Albert but i took it out.
Not all girls like the PA.
My tat is a blue Celtic knotwork on the arm i'm planning on getting some matching knotwork done on my other arm and some elvish on my back or just some more knotwork.
