I'm assuming that S.S.S. is something related to Secondary School. What exactly is it you want to study?
In general, one needs to apply to a college or university in order to take a class. For us, a college has only Bachelor's degree programs, while a university has graduate level classes as well. However, Americans tend to use the two words interchangeably, so "college admissions exams" are also university admissions exams. If you're coming straight out of secondary school, you can apply to either.
Good luck with the college/university applications.

It was an old custom to use the word "college" to refer to high schools. In the USA the word college 99.999% of the time refers to a post-high school institution that grants either Associate (2 year) or Bachelor (4 year) degrees.

Many American colleges and universities (Bachelor, Masters and Doctoral degrees) welcome foreign students but there is very little scholarship money available for Bachelor degree students.
If you choose a college or university in the USA and write or email to their department of admissions, they will send you information about how to apply. They are happy to have foreign students, as long as the students can pay the tuition and fees.
