It has been going for several months and I have followed instructions and added kitchen waste on a weekly basis. I even added more worms recently but still no liquid is available form the bottom has anyone any ideas

Could the tap be blocked? If loose material has fallen down it might have got clogged up. I stuff a sponge behind it to keep it flowing.
If the material is wet at the top of the bin I'd suspect a clogged tap.

Have you been adding water? you can't get liquid if it's the sahara desert you know.
