Sort of (would be Papito), but it doesn't really work that way. Mamacita (means little mama) started out as a pet name that focuses on the feminity of the girlfriend (or at least good-looking female) and so calling her little only adds feminity to it (that is, stereotypical feminity, not actual feminity). Whereas calling a guy little takes the masculinity out of it, since the stereotypical male (and the type most guys are told to try for) is large and muscular. So Papito isn't used much, if at all. Generally they would go with Papi.
