I think green or hazel would be the least. Many Caucasian people have blue eyes, not all but some, and many of the other ethnicity have light brown or dark brown eyes.

Eye color is an inherited trait influenced by more than one gene.[5][6] Although it was once thought that brown eye color was always dominant and blue eye color was always recessive, the fact that two blue-eyed parents can give birth to a brown-eyed child has shown that the determination of eye color does not follow the simple rules of Mendelian inheritance.[5][7] Three gene pairs coding for human eye color are currently known: EYCL1, EYCL2, and EYCL3.[8][9]
As melanin production generally increases during the first few years of life, the blue eyes of some babies may darken as they get older.[10][11] Eye color typically stabilizes by 6 years of age[12].

Hmmm, that is a hard one. I would have to say the majority of people have brown eyes, with blue eyes second, and hazel/green in third place.

I would say that the most least common eye color would have to be blue. Alot of people claim to have blue eyes but if you look closely, they are actually greyish green. Pure blue eyes are very uncommon.

Elizabeth Taylor has violet eyes, and no they aren't contact lenses.
I have never heard of anyone else who has violet eyes but her.
But then, she was born in England, so she may not count.

I WOULD GUESS THE COLORS THAT HAVE A MIXTURE OF OTHER COLORS IN THEM. I'VE SEEN SOME PRETTY CRAZY EYE COLORS BEFORE. SO CRAZY YOU CAN'T EVEN THINK OF A COLOR TO CALL IT.
