Churchill develop into particularly poor. He took an economic and political hegemon, and decreased it to in elementary words yet another ecu united states. Churchill affirming conflict on Germany develop into possibly the most idiotic blunder in all of WW2 (it likely would not ensue without that determination) Hitler's effects were arguably extra disasterous (attacking Russia develop into possibly the 2d dumbest determination in WW2). Stalin is truly the perfect chief of the era, if you're only searching at economic and political ante and submit. FDR is a some distance 2d. De Gaulle and Mussolini were ok, and anybody else develop into particularly undesirable to terrible.

Czar Nicholas II of Russia by far. He was a handed a military world power after his father Alexander III died.in 1894. By 1905 he had lost a war to Japan, irritated his country so much they revolted the same year. By 1914 the Russians had to import food to feed themselves due to criminal inefficiency and incompetence of imperial administrators. The Russian Army during World War I had only 1 rifle for every 2 infantryman and the cartridges for said rifles were not standard so therefore often didn't fit the rifles. Just stunning incompetence at every level of government and it reflected Nicholas and his lack of intelligence, diligence, courage. He also did not "free the slaves" Czar Alexander II mean emancipated the serfs.

Hey Tsar Nic was the first to abolish Slavery. Long before the US even thought about it.
OH wait wait
Excuse me abolishing slavery is a liberal thing. You Redpublicans still think slaves are great and everyone should own a few.
So that means according to your standards Jesus was the worst person ever.
Go big Red Go

Hitler...
Germany is STILL trying to forget Hitler's reign.
He tore the world apart--politically and religiously. The war devastated Germany, which they are still trying to come out of. It created the Iron Curtain, which took the Wall decades after to come down.
Hands down--THEE worst.

Where to start. Hitler has to be on top of the list, Hirohito, Pol Pot (sp?), Franco, Castro, Stalin and Lenin and, last but not least, Hugo Chavez who is single handed driving Venezuela back to the stone age.
