I will have to go with the puking. Me and my daughter were at this Chinese restaurant and this guy at the next table got choked, and hurled right in his plate. We both got so sick, we couldn't finish eating, we just got up paid and left. Oh I should mention that the guy kept on eating out of the same plate, NO LIE, was totally gross!

The "worst" thing would be puking. A less disgusting thing to do that would be a turn of is chewing aloud and slurping.

The worst thing I could imagine would be to have a dinner guest stab a neighbor in the neck, and proceed to rip his head off. And to have to watch him grab a fork and eat the brains out of the skull would be pretty harsh. But to then fill the empty skull with Bud and wash it all down? That! would be pretty bad.
I think it may keep me from ordering desert.
But the skunk thing is pretty bad too.....

the WORST?
taking off his jacket, revealing a couple of bottles of some kind of acid, dragging 4 skunks out of a burlap bag, and while they sprayed everyone, he pours the acid on their skulls, lets it eat away the fur and bone, then sits down to a nice tasty dinner of raw skunk skull while everyone is gagging from the smell.
