My boyfriend cheated on me, so I kicked him in the balls. As a result he lost a testicle!!! The kick was not that hard, I don’t know what happened! I feel so ashamed and guilty, I feel sick to my stomach. He will not press charges, but he does not want to see me again. He slept with a girl at a party because he was too drunk, he usually doesn’t drink. Will he ever forgive me? Anyone here had a similar experience? What can I do???

His actions do not warrant you committing a felony. You are lucky he did not press charges, I say stay away from him, he can file charges or sue you up to the next two years.
It does not matter if he ever forgives you, do you forgive him for what he did. Oh by the way, I guy can't get a hard-on if he's that's drunk, so get a clue, it was just a BS excuse to justify cheating on you.

Definitely did not have a similar experience. All you can do (though probably not enough) is apologize. Of course he doesn't want to see you. And just because you feel bad, you still need to remember why this incident occurred in the first place- you don't want to see him either. He cheated, and that ends relationships- simple. To be honest, he'll probably never forgive (sorry). He'll also probably think twice before he cheats on his next girlfriend. Again, let him know you truly are sorry for the consequences of what you did, but that you also don't want to see him anymore.

well kicking in the nuts is a kind of romance !what if one nuts come out from the bunch of a vine ! Don't feel ashamed or sorry for it,It's the age so mind like to play anyway. Or holding it in the hands to be played with it.He does forgive you long before you have asked this question.

Drunk or not, you are still responsible for your actions. "I was too drunk" is far too easy an excuse to pull out of your pocket --- holds little meaning or remorse.
The only way he could have possibly slept with her where it was not in his control was that he was passed out drunk and she raped him.
Too bad his drunknedness cost him a testical, but perhaps your reaction was a little over the top. I don't think there is much more you can do ..... you've pretty much done more than you should have.

I'm sorry but I gotta give you props for that... I would have probably do the same, I can honestly say that maybe now since he only has one, he won't be sleeping around for being ashamed of only having one! I wouldn't feel guilty, he should be the one ashamed, not you.
About him forgiving you, who cares, he's the one cheating... did you ever forgive him is what you need to ask yourself.
You should have made it even and got the other one too! LOL just kidding!

he will forgive you but not today or tomorrow ,it´s going to take a long time because you know a testicle is something important for them , don´t feel bad if he breaks up with you , he deserved that kick for cheating don´t feel bad ,you will find another guy with two beautiful testicles and be happy , he´ll have to "buy" a new testicle to be happy , he loses not you , sometimes we have to to what we think shoul be done , now if you still love him and he forgives you make sure not to kick the other one . good luck

Wow! Now that's harsh! Lost a testicle? I can't say that I've even heard of this happening before. If he didn't deserve it I'd call you Evil, but it sounds like he did, soooo.....Don't feel too bad. He still has one, so he should be alright. As far as what you can do, probably nothing. But I wouldn't talk to him, he's going to be hostile for quite some time, like the rest of his life. One balled wonder......lol!!!
