I can't really remember the lyrics (I was maybe 10yrs old when it was on Mtv)but it is a guy with very long hair and a long coat singing "its a fine fine day...".I think the guy's name is Tony something.In the video someone gets killed by the mob I think.I know its not a lot of info but maybe someone w/ a better memory will rember this song or artist.I think it was his only hit.

That guy's last name is on the tip of my tongue but I can't come up with it. I believe his last name is Italian sounding. Maybe that will help.
