I believe that they are Mystery Snails. I purchased them from a local pet store.

Snail eggs depend on temperature. The warmer it is the faster the eggs will hatch.
However you really don't want to attempt raising mystery snails...they lays hundreds of eggs.

usually about 2 weeks but it depends on the temperature and most snails are asexual and reproduce like crazy

It will take about 1-2 wks. CAUTION: snails multiply like crazy!!! If you have fish with snails, fish will get agitated.

The warmer the egg clutch is while incubating, the quicker it will hatch, it usually takes around two weeks.

spray the eggs with a bit of water, this seems to speed them up.

Make sure when they hatch they will fall into water, they usually lay their eggs on the top of the aquarium or hood.
