wut do I do? I dont want me and my best friend to fight over him. But she said she was going to ask him out at the dance!!

If she knows you like him, which I assume she knows, since you two are best friends, then I hate to say it, but she is NOT your friend!
If you want him, you better ask him now before your "Friend" asks him!

wow that is a tough situation. First you need to make sure that your like meter is calibrated correctly so you can be sure you like him more than her. If you do like him more than her then it will not be a fight, oh wait yes it would be. Maybe talk to your friend and see if he will take both of you to the dance and then offer to split the cost of a motel room with her so the three of you can get it on. He will love you both equally then.

i've been in the same situation twice .. and what we did; we just let the guy to decide who he likes more.. and we all were and still good friend...
