In order for any customer to acquire products/services, there must be a real benefit for them.

So, if you want your customers to refinance their homes you must propose a plan that it is appealing for them, a plan that after throuoghly study they will accept.

you need to ask your clients questions to find out what thier financial goals are. Also, make a list of all your clients that obtained a mortgage with an adjustable rate and follow up with the clients 6 months before the loan is set to adjust. These clients will appreciate your efforts and you will probably recieve referrals by doing this.

Well what would be the benefits of them to refi? are you getting them cash out, lowering payment , lowering rate? Go over a scenario w/me . Ill try to help.

right now interest rates are not that great like a year ago, but in couple months, they will come to you after Christmas for debts consolidation. good luck.

Troy, you can't. You have to have a product that is beneficial to them and their overall financial situation.
