I sold my mobile and lost my sim all the phone numbers of ppl i know is in the memory of the phone i lost every think i do not know what to buy i am so depressed and confused in the same time

Maybe you could get another phone & keep the same phone number and wait for those people to call you so you can get their numbers. Start calling friends, friends of friends...... of the numbers you can remember & see if you can start building up your address book again.
We really do rely too much on not having to dial numbers these days. I really needed to call my mom from Walmart one night and the battery was dead in my cellphone & I couldn't for the life of me remember her phone number because I hadn't dialed it in years!! After that I wrote down every number I had stored in my phone so I'd have everyone's number if I needed them.
