i heard that it scratches the cd when kept in upright position and that it gets overheated quickly.

i work @ a video store and quite frequently we get returns that have circle scratches on them. only with the 360 though. i dont think it has anything to do with wheather its upright or not, because mine is upright and i have never had that problem. i guess it just depends on that system. you should call customer support if it is doing that.

We have had several problems with ours. Games skipping, locking up. And yes it does seem to get hot faster than our old XBOX did. If you are thinking about buying one. I would do research. I think it is a big waste of $$$$.

when you use it too long and it over heats it could explode.. so that is why i didn't bother buying the new x box 360 it wouldn't be worth it .. but yah fur sure i think that the x box 360 has many other problems..

i dont know ask the three regular xboxes i bought and all broke......and why do you ppl buy these things when you have computer...they have all the same gsame and much better resolutions............
