I lost the bet to 15 year old girl and she said I have to dress up like a girl for Halloween.I told my parents I am not going to do it but thay said a bet is a bet and that I had to do it so this would be a lesson for me that I shouldn't bet.
The girl said I have to wear
Pink lace and silky panties
Pink garter belt with stockings
A pink basque(I don't know how to spell it)
Pink 4" heels
All the makup and nails
And I have to shave my legs!!!
I don't know what is Basque and garter belt is or what it looks like
Please tell me and pictures would help

Thats one bet I would not be following up on UNLESS that was the agreement before the bet. I would call her up and tell her - no way - but you would compromise.
Offer to wear a granny dress and hat - and leave it at that. If she don't like it she needs to come up with something more tactful for you to do, like eating worms or screaming how great she is at school or some other inane thing.
In the future - make darn sure you don't leave the door open after the bet. Get all the cards on the table as to who does what BEFORE making the bet.

There is no such thing that phonetically matches "basque." The next best thing is "bustier," (BOOS-tee-AY) which is a form-fitting garment that slims the woman's waist and enhances the bust. Good luck, and watch out for Michael Jackson and Foley.

watch out for hat basque thing, I don't know what it is either.
Look at it as a good learning experience. Some people will think you are a girl if the costume is good. See how that feels. It will help you get laid at some point in life I think.

Silly you for making the bet in the first place. If this really offends you don't do it, you don't have to. Nobody is going to force you into this outfit, you have to be willing or it will just end up a giant wrestling match. If you are uncomfortable don't do it.

a garter goes on the top of a womens legs when she gets married. it is the thing that the groom throws to the guy....can't you ask your mom or the girl about this stuff..and ya you should honor a bet
