Try one of those individual hard shelled cigar cases and then pack it well inside a regular shipping box.

Since I don't know how many pens you plan to ship, I can only give you a broad answer. Any office supply store sells shipping products that you can use.The "Mail Box" stores and the U-Hall places also sell shipping supplies. You could also look for web sites to find exactly what you want. Sorry I couldn't be more specific.
