I would love some advise from non-professional (stupid) sources. I am a male doctor nearly 40 years old. I was very poor all my life until about 35 when i finaly became a physician. So poor I didnt have food all the time, no car, nearly homeless. I never got a girl because even though I am nice and average looking, my life was full of hardship. Anyhow, I have tried so hard and canot find any girl to date me. I am getting older, and most women my age are married, or have kids and are divorced (and have been "fixed"), or do not want any more children. You can forget me ever getting a younger girl (who wants an old fart).
I want a biological child of my own. No adoption, or some other mans child.
Does anyone have some advise for me? What would you do in my situation, or women what can you tell me?

Find you a good bible believing church attend regular and join one that has a singles club.In time God will have you a mate that is better than gold itself

No offense dude but wow! A doctor can't find a mate!!!!
With all due respect you sound a little desperate to me. If there's something that women can't stand, or men for that matter, is someone that's desperate. Man as an MD you should have a lot more self confidence. Having had a lot of experiences with doctors, I found that those that made me feel like they new what they were doing were those I trusted the most. Same goes for relationship.
Your hardships earlier in life have probably served to make you a better person and a better doctor than most. (Most doctors between, you and me, couldn't give two s.h.i.t.s. about their patience all they care about is their wallets. sorry had to vent there.)
Chin up dude. Don't try so hard and trust me the ladies will come. Another suggestion would be to join a club that has nothing to do with medicine. The best thing for you would be an acting class, if that interests you. It's the best thing to boost confidence and meet women. It will also help you in dealing with patience I'm sure, unless your a pathologist.

40 is not old!!! You can find a woman, you just need to actually go out and look. As far as wanting a biological child or your own, i think that's a little selfish. There are tons of babies that desperatly need homes. If you wanted to be a parent bad enough, you wouldn't care if it was your own blood child or not...you'd love it. I think that you really only want a child to fulfill some stupid masculine idea of carrying on the blood line or last name. Think about it.

My friend at work went to that website & the 1st match that came up-well they started dating. They have been together for almost a year & just got married last weekend.
