What if you also had a minor in Chemistry.

Not much. You can wash dishes in a someone's lab for a while and maybe work up to being a Research Technician. Better to go on to get a master's or PhD to do more thinking work.

You can work as a lab tech. I think there are also some jobs in crimanal forensics that only require a bachelor's degree. Alternatively, you could go to grad school and start working on your PhD. That's what I'd recommend because a lab tech is bascially like a grad student who's not going to earn a degree in the end, and has no real options to advance their career except by going on to grad school. With a PhD in biology, you can do research in an academic or industrial setting, and, unlike a lab tech, you can potentially work your way up to eventually running a lab.

You could also do something completely unrelated to biology. Many professions are happy with a bachelor's degree regardless of what field it's in.

My sister has exactly the same thing and she works in a lab at a pharmaceutical company.
