You could try using a hair dryer on it to dry up the moisture... funny question!

Assuming that the lens is glass (and not a cheap plastic that will melt) try running a hair dryer on it for several minutes. The combination of heat and air should help to remove the water vapor via the same small hole / crack where the water entered in the first place.
As always, please be careful not to leave your hairdryer unattended and/or against anything that is flammable.

Disassemble the peephole, take a hair dryer to it and it will evaporate the moisture off the lens. good luck.

i would try sitting it in the sun, or getting a hair dryer and blowing it directly on it, might take a while, but if it heats the glass up to a pretty high temp than it should start to dry it out. good luck

on the peep hole on the part that goes inside of the door you will see two grooves on each side Of hole this is for a screwdriver or a coin unscrew take out both sides and clean and screw back
