Well the jerk above obviously doesn't know that not all African Americans eat soul food like that. Heck- i wont even touch chitterlings. But anyways-- why dont you try some pork chops, mashed potatoes and corn. Or throw some rice, taco seasoning and ground up beef together with cheese on it.
Easy meal:
1 box Velveeta Shells n Cheese, 1 can Hormel Chili, make noodles, mix in heated up chili and serve.

you can get mushroom tortellini from barilla
boil that up
melt some unsalted butter then add to that pine nuts and basil to get them all warmed up
toss the butter stuff with the tortellini then shred parmesan over it
side salad

Well "mixedchick4blckguys” I would say, mac ‘n’ cheese, or fried chicken, or collard greens, or chitterlings, or ribs- and don’t forget the kool-aid and the malt liquor.
