It is illegal for them not to pay you, but a final paycheck sometimes takes longer to get than a regular one, especially when you're working for a big company. They have to check with other departments to make sure you don't owe the company any money for uniforms, health insurance, anything else like that. I would check with them to see what the delay is.

As long as you didn't owe any money for anything, they are still obligated to pay you what they owe. Try calling a manager or someone in charge of pay.

They have to pay you. Possibly there is a delay at the bank. Give it until Monday and if it has not hit your account, call your former employer.

It depends, if you owe them money then its your loss; But if you didn't owe them money for anything...Sue, nah i would call them and ask what the problem is and if it doesn't sound right then start threatening to go to court
