I think he could. He did beat the Hulk by himself. Plus, He's used to going up against uneven matches. I mean, he has defeated the Sinister Six multiple times. If he had the symbiot suit he'd have a better chance for sure. If the FF had time to plan for the battle spidey would have no chance though. Reed is too smart. But if it was Spidey planning the attack, he'd have the edge. He could prepare some special webbing fluid to stop the Human Torch and I'm sure he'd have something for stopping Reed too. Then all he'd have to do was beat Sue and The Thing. Having defeated the Hulk, Thing should be no problem, and as for Sue, she'd have no chance agaonst Spidey alone.

Although I have been a Spider-Man fan since I was a baby, I don't think Spider-Man/Peter Parker can beat his friends, the Fantastic Four (Mr. Fantastic/Reed Richards, The Invisible Woman/Susan Storm Richards, The Human Torch/Johnny Storm, and The Thing/Benjamin Jacob Grimm) on his own.

If the Fantastic Four had to defeat Spiderman, they'd have to catch him by surprise. Reed would plan the strategy. Sue will seduce, then trap Spidey in a force field. Johnny would barbecue up some spiderman. "It's Clobber'n Time" Ben would use the spidey inside the force field as a punching bag.

Strength:
Spiderman ... Press 10 tons
Thing ... Press 85 tons

Temperature Level:
Spiderman ... Normal
Human Torch ... Super Nova

Intelligence:
Spiderman ... Above Average College Student
Reed ... Super Nerd Genious

Sexy Powers:
Spiderman ... Peter has no game
Sue ... She's so hot, that Peter wouldn't be able to resist

Old spider-man may have had a chance but the new one wouldn't beat one of the fantastic four.

I doubt it. Ben is way stronger than Spidey, Johnny can burn off his webs, Reed would just bounce back from Spidey's toughest punches, and Sue... well, all Sue has to do is 'ping!' and there's an unbreakable force bubble around Spider-Man that he can't get out of. Wait a few minutes until he runs out of air and falls unconscious, gasping for breath. Then Reed says, "All right, Spider-Man, who's mind-controlled you so that you attacked us...? We know you too well to think that you have a serious grudge against us, so it has to be mind-control."

Depends on who's writing it.

In Secret Wars they had Spidey take on the entire X-Men team (Wolvie, Storm, Rogue, Nightcrawler, Colossus) and beat them.

Excuse me, but there's no WAY and no argument anyone could ever possibly make to justify that happening.

No.

The numbers game almost always wears down a lone fighter. Plus you are dealing with the closest group of heroes in Marvel! They Are a family and their teamwork is second to none.

Mattimus in the house. Nice pic of Optimus Prime. I am a Transformer collector myself and can't wait to see the new movie. Either because Batman will beat them all.
