This bundle runs straight out of the box - If you want to bypass web filters or proxy servers blocking any site, you can use Opera with Tor to safely and anonymously view or download whatever you want, because it uses the Opera (Internet Suite), so its really, really fast and the Tor network leaves no trace or history.

Plus This Opera Tor Bundle can be run off any disk: USB, network drive or hard drive.

You wont like this answer, but you shouldn't do your personal stuff at work. Your employer has the right to restrict access to Web sites that have nothing to do with your job/responsibilities. Your employer is paying you to do your job. They can use your personal Web surfing as an excuse to fire you.

Check MySpace and personal email on your own time (before or after work). Internet access is a priviledge at work. Don't abuse it.

Better yet, get a mobile device with Internet access if absolutely need access (like during a lunch break)

Good luck!

Tell your employer if they do not unblock the sites you want to visit that you will quit.

★★ BYPASSING SECURITY ★★

◙ You should stop trying to bypass security right now. They are listening in on this conversation with a keylogger program that records everyone of your keystrokes. This keylogger can email them a report if they are away from work.

Do it outside the office-- there's a reason they've blocked those sites. And pete's sake, don't go to any illicit sites-- (e.g. porn, etc.)

Your company's web filter will probably block these, too, but you can try these two sites:
