trust compact scanner how come when i scan anything the colour of the paper looks like its a dirty grey instead of white which i am using ? tried fixing the images on picasa but that doesnt work either. help please

There should be a control either on the scanner itself or in the scanner software to "lighten" the image. That should solve the problem. Just lighten enough to where its no longer grey. You should be able to set this as the default.

Check your brightness increasing this might give a better flash back to the read head.and contrast lower as this sounds a little too high.
Settings in your trust scan options,also don't scan text pages as graphic or picture files.

something phiscly wrong with scanner glass is durty or a defact in prodect return it and get new

i think Ur colour ink level is low.......change new one..
