Assuming your laughable premise turns out to be true, why would anyone want to regulate solar hydrogen fusion? Generally, you regulate things that can be bad for public policy when left unchecked.

No, he has tried to be the "comeback kid" but has not been able to succeed...I am sure he is a good guy, but just not right for politics.....
