I am not an Aussie, but they have one that just rocks.
It's called Advance Australia Fair.
If I could choose America's (USA) national anthem I would change the dang thing to America the Beautiful.

I'm an American - and I can't believe it, but our national anthem is based on an Irish drinking song called " (someone's name) in heaven". I can't remember the goofy name of the person who is in heaven, but that's what ol' Francis Scott Key based it on.
My favorite national anthem - the prettiest, I think - which is what a national anthem should be - is "O Canada". It's beautiful - especially when someone like Sara McLauchlan sings it!
