sing along but use the right lyrics and sing it loud enough for them to hear the right ones!

I correct them. But then I feel bad 'cause I don't know all the lyrics in the world to start with. Sometimes I even sing the wrong words just to vocalize the musical notes. I don't think there's an ettiquete for that. Depends how you feel.

I acceptable them. yet then i have were given self assurance undesirable 'reason i do not realize each and every of the lyrics interior the international to commence with. each and every so often I even sing the incorrect words in basic terms to vocalize the musical notes. i do not imagine of there is an ettiquete for that. relies upon the style you sense.

I just laugh and correct them....that is if I know them well. If its a stranger I let em' keep on singing. That does bug me though, like people misspelling the names of bands they CLAIM to like.....*rolls eyes*

just laugh and say "that's not the words". Usually they may become self-conscious and stop. My former friend and co-worker sang all the time and never had the words correct.

sing right along and make even wronger lyrics and do it as seriously as you can. even to the point of ridiculous.
