We are having chicken, baked with cream of mushroom soup, on top of rice.
Layer in rice, with 1/2 cup water
Sprinkle garlic salt
Layer chicken breasts, 4-5
Mix cream of mushroom soup with 1 can milk, layer on top of chicken
Layer grated jack cheese
Bake uncovered at 325 for 45 minutes
Cheezy and delish!

Tonight, I am going out for Sushi at a great Japanese steakhouse.... They have THE best shrimp shumai dumplings & a very tasty crazy roll! For dessert, they have an amazing dish called fried bananas foster... it's so good it should be illegal!
Would anyone like me to bring them back some leftovers?

Dinner will be very simple tonight, simply cause I'm too tired to really cook. So I think it's going to be hamburgers on the grill with some potato salad...simple...but satisfying.
