i need to know how i can take off a white square with the words error access is denied on my desktop.?

i need to get this off please help.

Try rebooting the PC in the safe mode. Hit F8 while it is rebooting.
Once it boots up, click on Start > Settings > Control Panel > User Accounts

Set yourself up as Administrator.

Reboot your PC.

I think this will give you access to everything on your PC.
